Beware of Emma Amiad. My friend is currently reviewing discovery documents for a nasty DDES enforcement case and Emma Amiad is shown to have frequent "friendly" correspondence with DDES officials. In one doc Emma Amiad is quoted as saying "I find it annoying that these things come up, sell, and then new owners get to do what they want. I won't touch these properties, although we occasionally have to show them just to convince someone they don't want to buy it." Mabe we know where all of these "annoymous complaints" are originating...
